Collab members and their guests had the pleasure of touring the Northeast Philadelphia grounds of RAIR (Recycled Artist in Residency) with creative director Billy Dufala. Housed within Revolution Recovery recycling center, RAIR partners with community groups and art institutions to maximize the creative potential of waste materials.
